2 Days Return Policy

We accept returns within 48 hours after delivery; kindly notify us within this timeframe.
* Provide a supporting picture or, ideally, a video to clarify your reason for return.
* Customers are allowed to pick another item or be refunded when the returned item is sold
NOTE
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. (If any)
* Returns received after 2 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Our Exchange policies are firm, it applies to all clients and as such, Not reading the stated policy does not excuse non-compliance.
The customer is responsible for covering the delivery expenses.

Stockpile for 4 weeks is a strict policy because too many items sold are similar in color and shape especially denims* Onias_closet_ng will not be held responsible for any mixup or damage™ of any item kept over 4 weeks
